Analyze, evaluate, plan, and develop industry-specific customer groups and distribution channels
Develop industry-specific sales measures and initiatives
Generate and acquire leads and customers for industry-specific product innovations
Support sales units in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry-specific events
Coordinate global efforts to identify, define, and implement measures to ensure revenue growth with system products (signal processing devices)
Strategically align technologies and applications with industry requirements
Develop, elaborate, and replicate industry-specific applications and solutions
Contribute to product ideation based on industry trends
Influence product planning based on customer requirements
Contribute sales arguments and training content for product launches
Define and ensure global industry-specific success factors
Participate actively in industry-specific associations and events
Represent E+H at internal and external industry-specific events
Train sales units regarding sales to focus industries
Successfully completed engineering or physics degree or comparable qualification
At least five years of experience in the process instrumentation and automation industry for Water / Wastewater or Power & Energy, preferably in sales, marketing, or product management roles
Experience in selling signal processing devices is a plus
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
Ideally knowledge of German
Experienced in the use of SAP, MS Office and salesforce.com
Organizational skills and the assertiveness to get things done
