Global CRM Product Owner (m/f/d)

Ready to actively shape the future global CRM system for the entire Liebherr Group from beginning to implementation? We are looking for you as "Global CRM Product Owner" for this unique opportunity.

Your responsibilities

• You are the IT counterpart of the CRM product manager to transfer functional requirements to the future CRM software solution

• Translating the product manager´s features into actionable product backlog items and technical coordination with the development teams

• Management, controlling and governance of the implementation partner

• Management, refinement and prioritization of the backlog, taking the project objectives and design principles into account

• Continuous improvement of CRM funcionalities

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in a similiar position
• Very good knowledge of agile methods and project management
• High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and process design
• Experience in the management and coordination of implementation partners
• Very good knowledge of CRM and BI solutions
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
